This has just been reported to New Zealand Folk: Neil Colquhoun died last night 29th October. Neil was one of New Zealand's earliest and finest folklorists. A fine singer, musician, songwriter, composer, artist, teacher – generally a great guy. Always ready to lend a helping hand to fellow singers and musicians. He has left behind a wonderful legacy and will be sadly missed by all New Zealanders interested in our music. Rudy Sunde.
