Sorry I can't remember the name of the Irish singer who told this story. He was asked to sing "the one about the girl with the hairy tongue". Of course, he had no idea what the man was talking about. Turned out, it was Black Velvet Band: "And her hairy tongue over her shoulder/Tied up in a black velvet band."
