I'm in the mood to cook today and so that's what I've been doing. I made 2 large pans of apple crisp and just finished cutting up 3 butternut squash, some for soup, some for eating and some for freezing. I have a box of about 12 more to tend to at some point. I'm thinking I'll cook some of them up and freeze them for Thanksgiving (or whenever as I LOVE winter squash). A load of laundry has been done, toilet cleaned, floors in the kitchen swept, dishes done. And Jeremiah is home sick today. Go me. Michelle
