Try to explain to an 88 year old Mum that baking one potatoe in an electric heated oven doesn't cost even a penny in cold weather. Can't. So I cooked one anyway. And she was surprised by the fresh fried shrooms... made me feel good when she was delighted. I just wish she could get over the baked spud. Sigh.
