So do I, except for the generator. Some few months ago I found a bucket of food, freeze dried and sealed in nitrogen, enough to last two people for 3 days. It was USD 50, so I bought it. The food is good until 2032, but I probably won't be. I also have Sawyer water filters in the house and cars, a larger capacity one for the house -- these are back-flushable and good for a LOT of gallons. You can also kill viruses and bacteria in water if you put the clearest water you have in clear plastic soda/water/whatever bottles (I believe they are supposed to be marked at "1" plastics). Put these in bright sunlight for several hours, or three hours on a reflective material. UV kills the bad stuff -- this is being used in remote African villages to give them clean drinking water and it's a LOT cheaper than other ways.
