There is a television show that I enjoy watching lately: Finding Your Roots. It is hosted/prepared by Henry Louis Gates. There are always three persons whose background they investigate. These people are always well-known people, I think, or celebrities of some sort. It is interesting- the investigators go to the subjects' ancestral lands where they search records, and then finish with the DNA test. In Alaska it is on PBS on Tuesday nights.
