I was negotiating with a very nice man about buying his Hyundai Santa Fe. He said he would bring it to my house for me to look at. I sent him a text that morning explaining that I was going to work and when I would be home. He missed it. I learned this when he called to say he was at my house, waitning as was a man called Mark who sometimes does yard work for me.

I told him I'd get home ASAP, and Mark to do the yard work.

I did indeed buy the Santa Fe. But I can't say that I excel at texting.
