I've been thinking about going to the chanty sing(depending on the progress of my cold--getting reacclimated to the Bay Area after a week in Hawaii has been a bit rough, particularly since the heat in my classroom--from which I'm posting now--is undependable, to say the least). Also, what's on your agenda for Monday night? I have a group that jams weekly--mostly old timey and gospel, some blues, fiddle tunes, contemporary folk. There are anywhere from four to ten of us of a week, guitars, bass, banjos, harmonica, autoharp, piano, fiddle (three peripatetic fiddlers).
