Unlike guest above I e-mailed Martin over a year ago where I asked them for their recommended repair man in England. I Received a message to say that they get many e-mails. Whoopee for them! but do they ever reply? I still await an answer to a simple question. Not a great way to treat customers. Fortunately there are a good number of companies now making quality instruments who treat customers with some respect even after they have taken their dollars.
