I agree with Stu, TV ref with the benefit of replays would help, after all referees can't be expected to see everything, especially when there is a culture of cheating. In addition, it should be possible for players to be punished for offences missed by the referee which are dangerous and/or clearly bring the game of football into disrepute. Rog
