It's like gays in the military: nobody in a hole, bullets and other things flying around, turns to the other guy and says, "Have I ever told you you have beautiful eyes?" And nobody in attack or defense is going to say, "God, you're hot! Wanna get it on?" Not if you want to live to see a time when you could. Besides, battle dress is not conducive to ah, sexual attraction -- and if it is you've go bigger problems than you know.
