To the best of my knowledge the bandurria is Andalucian - I bought mine in Granada some years ago. The tutor I got with it gave the tuning as G# then up in straight fourths - a tone higher than the F# tuning mentioned in this thread. However, without knowing about the Filipino tuning, I decided that an F# tuning made more sense for sessions where tunes are played mainly in G and D as you get a good run of two finger chords. In those keys.
I don't claim to be a good bandurria player but this is a sample of what can be done with it.
