Maggie, you and Susie might want to check out a Roku device for streaming. They're easy to setup and use, and relatively inexpensive, depending on the model. I have one of simpler, cheaper models that I really like, and it gives my gaming consoles a rest (streaming makes them run hot). They're all wi-fi ready, and connect to the TV with an HDMI cable.
