I made it through dance class this evening, but I had doubts because when I left work to walk to the parking lot my knee had acquired a painful twinge. I took motrin right then and by the time I was at class it was much better and I was very careful to stay upright and steady during the various dance steps. Odd, unusual, and I hope that is the end of that. There was an interesting guest on a local talk show yesterday, here is the blurb: It takes work to change our everyday habits. But the effort's worth it when our new habits improve our lives. This hour, we'll talk about the keys to self-improvement with Gretchen Rubin, author of Better Than Before: Mastering the Habits of Our Everyday Lives (Crown). For the next two weeks this link will work to take you directly to the talk, and you can download it. This is that particular program's page. The program in the first hour was also fascinating, about robots. SRS
