It has often been my pleasure to see Woody rambling round the creeks of the Adur Delta. He is easy to spot at a distance giving ample opportunity to nip off down a side road and avoid meeting him completely. His presence outside a pub is also useful warning that there are likely to be equally disreputable (if cleaner) characters inside.
