Naaaah, when I have the time and dont just hang up and feel like having some perverse fun I like getting them to tell me whats wrong with my PC and having to explain in their broken Ingrish. Then I ask 'em what version of Win OS I've got and I always have the 'other one' and never mind the fact I can call up XP or WIn 7 running in a virtual environment on my Mac. Its a cheap thrill anyway and whiles away a few minutes while the kettles boilin :-) Cheers, Andrez
