Janie Appalachian step dancing - and knees (6) RE: Appalachian step dancing - and knees 26 Apr 15

Well, any time dance becomes somewhat professional in nature, and choreographed, it is going to become more athletic and probably cause some wear and tear on the body that otherwise would not happen. This "preview" includes some natural step/flat dancing (plus a little taste of John and Dave Morris in their younger years:>) that is much more representative of how we common folks flat foot or step dance, and not nearly so hard on the body - which historically was already wearing down from working hard clay fields on sides of mountains and coal mines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kV60741TJ5g
