I guess you could call me a "libertarian" on this subject. I strongly support the right of gay couples to marry. I also strongly support the right of others to refuse to support the idea of gay marriage. The people I call "absolutists," both on the right and on the left, seem to think they have a right to control what other people say and do and think. I disagree. -Joe-
