Jim, I protested the closure of the "cake" thread, and it has been restored. What I said was this (click): "I think I'd side with the cake shop on this one. Would the same principle require me to make a cake praising neo-Nazis if a customer ordered it?" In other words, if the court decision in one situation requires the baker to decorate the cake with a slogan the customer wanted but the baker could not support, why wouldn't the same decision apply to a customer who wanted a neo-Nazi slogan? That, Mr. Carroll, is certainly not equating neo-Nazism with gay marriage. You owe me an apology.
