I have bought an Alvarez ABT60e. It is a baritone guitar, and is presently tuned BEADF#B. Although I may bugger about with that as it sounds best when slow picked, which suits modal tunings.

It ain't half a big heavy sod mind.. The thick bass strings are giving my fingers the sort of callouses I haven't had for years.

But.

I like singing deep and it puts a different perspective on some of my songs. Yeah, chuffed to bits.

I have not added to my collection though, I part exchanged a Yamaha APX4-12 that I have had since the early '90s and once I stopped playing in bands, hardly ever touched it.
