indigo rose tomatoes are looking ripe; i haven't grown this variety yet so am not sure -- when purple skin turns to purple brown is what i'm told they are the cherry variety of the purple rose tomato ( :) ) sp the bush has about 14, so far -- had hoped to have enough to take to Saturday's Song Circle, so people can ooh and aah - but what i got is what i got. who knew that ANTS would eat your basil roots down to nothing OVERNIGHT? two bowlsful of the solution, they are drowning by the handful and i HOPE taking enough borax back to the colony to kill it/them. there are a lotta ants on my lot ...
