Help! Yesterday I started off again on my seemingly endless job of ripping my old CD's into my iTunes library, then when I had done s few, I noticed that the "library" seemingly now consisted only of the tunes I had ripped that morning and all the other tunes (hundreds of them) had vanished. I also noted that the "new" iTunes I had updated at Apple's suggestion a few days ago now cannot access the internet from my computer, so I can't access either Apple help, or my iTunes account. Any ideas, anyone? FYI, the iTunes version is 12.2.1.16 and I am running Windows 8.1 (with all the recent updates) on a Toshiba laptop.
