I think the best one was stopping a dance half way through - and getting the men to go off and find another set of women to dance with. Inevitably there were 3 sets of men down one end of the hall trying to get with one set of women and 2 sets of women with no men at the other end of the hall. It did depend on having good PA. There was a nice picture of him last night on SE news 10.30 ish + an account of the start of Broadstairs. Off there myself for a few days. If the weather is nice I'll take my hardanger down to the front - hope to meet a few others and play a few tunes + pop into the ice cream parlour. FloraG.
