Hello mudcat. This is my first post here, though I've been checking the lyrics database for years and years.

A couple of weeks ago, finally getting tired of the impulse to bend over and clutch my heart half way up the stairs, I decided to take up jogging (slowly, on the spot) in the hope that this will make me a fitter ergo more worthy and beautiful person.

Listening to music while I jog I've found helps me to block out the memories of multiple humiliations experienced during school PE.

So far I've found that James the Rose (Steeleye) works quite well, since it's quite bouncy and is all about running awaaay.

Any more suggestions?
