I buy videos for a big central library in the UK and our suppliers have it listed as "to be reissued later". They are one of the bigger AV wholesalers in England so if they don't have it you can assume it's unavailable anywhere. Some places specialise in tracking down unavailable videos for a price, you could try one of them, or just wait for it to be re-released, which it almost certainly will eventually. It's not available on DVD either.

"The Birdcage", although americanised, and inferior to the original, was far from crap. Much of it was painfully funny. (IMHO)
