I had full trigger finger on left hand middle finger and had it operated on ~ however this also necessitated a tourniquey on my upper arm, I could not tolerate this as it was extremely painful (I have a leaky heart valve) cured by a small incision bottom of affected finger on the palm of my hand! However right hand middle finger is affected but not as badly as the left was; I had an injection along the length of the finger and this cured the problem, however problem has returned, will no doubt have to the injection again [NHS UK] Ray
