I enjoyed that series. I was able to remember that period of history. I was in high school and college during the years depicted, so I was older than the children in the show but not as old as their parents. My son watched it with me. He was younger than the children and asked questions about some of the events. A man I know who is about 8 years older than my son has said more than once that he loved Winnie!

When you've seen all those episodes, you might try the series I'll Fly Away if you haven't seen it. It covers similar years from a different point of view.
