A Shout Band from the Universal House of Prayer church/sect. At one stage there's a few spoken words which at first I couldn't make out - seems to refer to "Daddy Grace", founder of the sect. Tine is definitely "Danny Boy"... Any of our American friends come across the genre before? Regards p.s. I agree about the tuba. Apart from all that, as I commented elsewhere, some of them look a little more s(h)aved than others!
