you reckon you write folk songs? could you let us hear some?Folk is not defined by the term acoustic, acoustic has a definition which means Of or involving the performance of music using acoustic instruments, sometimes amplified through microphones. so jazz could be acoustic, classical music can be acoustic and frequently is and classical music is not folk or traditional. your definition is less accurate than the 1954 one, you are just spouting crap.
