Beaver: After an entire morning on the computer - did write a couple of important emails, I had a small lunch and went off to social events:of the small community variety: a gathering at Maggie's/Tamarack (women's Centre) where a dozen women and staff had a pre-Christmas lunch. Kind of emotional for me as I was one of the founders back about 1982 and it was pretty special to see how my kid has grown. One of the group has been involved since the inception! I invited her to phone and stop in for tea. The celebration of the 30th anniversary for a staff person at the Credit Union. I may have been the only non-family, non-CU person there; seemed important to me to celebrate her. Searched for a bottle brush to fit into a one inch neck. No luck so far. Found a few useful items at thrift shop. The weather came down on me and flattened my energy. I did not even take the bag of stuff into the thrift shop. Tomorrow I must do things - wood and load car - so I shall continue to rest tonight. Maybe look for that screwdriver...
