After last year's fiasco, where GOG thought he'd got the sack, the parcel has been entrusted to other scarlet-garbed individuals. This in itself was not particularly simple, as the elf charged with the dispatch was missing for several days, later being discovered at the local timber yard. My own fault, really. I shouldn't have requested they took your parcel to the post office.
