Ya get too far up in the air on an ivory tower, you have trouble understanding whatthe poor folk on the ground are saying, I guess. Bookman's fugue was not a paean to me, but a self-serving expansion of my own compliment to him concerning his ruthless glance. But never mind, stealing thunder from Rapp is like bringing coals to Newcastle.
