Um. I hope Iona comes back. There are two recordings of this song on YouTube, one by John Hogan and one by Paul Overstreet. I have spent some time checking the versions out, and the Hogan recording is in four flats (Ab) and the Overstreet recording is in four sharps. (E) Listening to Paul Overstreet and figuring out chords in E is going to work better than trying to play guitar in Ab. Try E, A, B, F#m and (perhaps) C#m and G#m. Ignore the first three short notes and start with an E chord on "walked." Once you figure out Paul Overstreet's chords, get with a musician and learn how to change the key to suit yourself, unless you know already. I suppose the chords noted on the riffstation site (Hogan) were generated by a computer. They have two problems. One is that they are a funny mixture of sharps and flats, with Bbm being followed by C#, for example. Another is that there are too many of them. We don't need a chord for every note.
