Jeff took care of his dad for many years, and that kept Jeff at home a lot and gave him plenty of time to do some really innovative programming at Mudcat. He and I used to stay up late at night, on opposite ends of the US, experimenting with new stuff for Mudcat. I'd dream up something we could use, and he'd have it working in an hour. I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. Jeff's life changed radically when his dad died, and he no longer had time for Mudcat. I miss him. I met him in person only a couple of times, but he became a good friend. -Joe-
