MG, are you using outlook.com, or the Outlook software that comes with Microsoft Office? Go to another computer and log onto your email there. Check to see that it's all working on that end. Then you have narrowed it down to whether it's a problem with the email, or if it's on your computer and the connection to your computer. If the rest of the Internet is working normally on your computer, then it's not a problem with your router or cable, so you don't want to mess with them. I keep routers and modems up high and locked up so staff members don't mess with them - that helps. -Joe-
