Been away on holiday and making my first visit to Mudcat in some time.... If I had come on this thread from the opening post, I feel I could have predicted who the main protagonists would have been, what their entrenched positions would have been and which of the previously posted stories and opinions about the man would be trotted out yet again. (Perhaps I spend too much time reading these threads!) I feel that there is something heartfelt about the appeal for anything new, different or original. The only thing that I have read in this thread that I have not encountered before here is Mike Yates' story about Ewan's attitude and behaviour in the recording studio.
