Oh dear, sad news.. I knew Ernie well back in the day, when we used to come over from Worksop on a Tuesday night to The Lord Conyers. My teenage introduction to folk clubs featured Ernie, together with Wellsie, Andy, Dave. Mick & Mick and all good friends in Kiveton. Mitch and I have fond memories of getting the train up, missing the last one back and walking back to Worksop down the canal towpath!! A bit of a distance now, but I have pencilled in the date Andy and will try to get over. Ian
