Hi Mudcatters,

My name is Lucy Wright and I'm a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Sheffield (I also dance with Waters Green Morris from Macclesfield, and sang with the English folk band, Pilgrims' Way, for the last six years).

My colleague, Simon Keegan-Phipps and I are currently working on a project called Digital Folk (www.digitalfolk.org), which looks at the ways in which developments in digital technology are influencing participation in folk and traditional music and dance.

We have recently relaunched our online survey, and would like to invite you to contribute your experiences and opinions. It should take around 10 minutes, depending on how long your answers are! We would be enormously grateful for your help.
