Challenging the legitimacy of a country isn't the same thing as calling for its annihilation. There is no question as to the legitimacy of the State of Israel, why would you want to challenge it? Those who do are usually of the ilk who challenge the holocaust. Factually inaccurate, wishful thinking on your part and not representative of reality. Which is a polite way of saying he is lying and lying in order to demonize Israel and it's people which makes him an anti-Semite - but we already know that.
