Stilly River Sage Yet More Clutter's Last Stand - 2016 (374* d) RE: Yet More Clutter's Last Stand - 2016 20 Oct 16

I had good results with my modest plumbing job over the weekend; both toilet tank mechanisms are now silent, they only flush and offer no more dribbles. This should bring the water bill down in the next full cycle. It also encourages me to move forward with my "things to do" list. There are loose squares of Linoleum tiles in the laundry room, and that would be a good place to put down ceramic tiles, abutting the kitchen tile. It's a very small room and will take a couple of stages, but only need probably two boxes of tile.

This is the continuation of the "if I decided I want to sell the house, is it ready to list?" thinking. It is not. I can't think of a reason to sell it, but prices are finally increasing again (meaning a replacement would cost more also . . . ) And if any of you have ever watched any of those programs that prepare homes to put on the market, every so often someone decides they like the results so well that they stay in the house. That is my goal - to make the house look so good it is all the more inviting to stay.

I ordered a Hillary ⇒ tote bag yesterday.
