Found the DVD, right in front of me after all.

The yard and garden have encroached on the driveway this summer, so today I'm pruning and dragging limbs and trimmings into the back yard compost pile. It's good to have this activity as I coast on fumes into the next month. It doesn't cost anything to clean up the yard. Halloween sometimes adds an expense, but there's no predicting how busy (or not) the night will be, so I keep the dogs in and turn the lights off and remove all doubt.

Still practicing the swap-out routine - when a new item enters the house an old one leaves. I found what looks like a good splatter screen for over skillets, so an old one that was only marginally effective is now in the donation bin.

Back to the yard. It's still warm around here so this was a brief cool-down in an afternoon's activity.
