Once again, and As usual, you're wrong, KAoH. The validity of the Referendum legislation is disputed. What is disputed is the procedure required to enact the result of the Referendum. The government wish to trigger Art. 50 by Royal Prerogative, but the High Court says (correctly) that parliament is sovereign, and trumps RP - therefore a debate and vote is required before Art. 50 can be enacted. What's the weather like up there on Planet Zog?
