Dale Evans recorded the song twice, both with the Cliffie Stone(head) Orchestra and Art West and The Sunset Riders and no Roy. Chicago: Gold Seal #1920 is uncredited Hollywood: Beltone BT20 credits "Elliott-Butts" Robert Dale Butts was Dale Evans' third husband and the inspiration for her stage name. They met when both worked at WBBM. He was still writing material for her movies after their divorce, typical 'Hollywood' credits on this recording though. Before the name change she was part of a jazz-pop quartet that included Russ Wood (a Central College music prof) and student-interns Norman Luboff and Ray Charles (unreliably uncredited as the Sunset Riders)
