I think we nearly had one. I noticed a bottle of surgical spirit (vets had advised this stuff can put a cat off peeing on the carpet) next to the (filled with the stuff) measuring jug for the steam iron. I wonder what would have happened if it had actually gone in the iron? (both the spirit and the deionized water are clearly labeled in different looking bottles but I guess when someone gets a bit distracted...)
