I don't remember much of that sense of humour on the Eamonn Andrews show in 1967 when she came on dressed to the nines and carrying a stupid little lap dog and Peter Cook said of her, '1 think that you are one of the shallowest, stupidest and most trivial individuals I have ever encountered...'. As Peter later related, she didn't say a thing after the show, just ...'went off in a chauffeur-driven huff.' It was one of the funniest things I've seen on television - wish I could find a recording of it.
