Good advise, Maeve. I know I have occasionally not been sufficiently mindful of that. Rap and Pat - time for the two of you and your extended family to have a long, smooth stretch of calm and contentment. I'm sending out ethereal vibes to the ether to try to entice the Universe to go along with that plan. I'm accepting that my leg is never going to be 100% and also figuring out that I can do a lot of stuff regardless, just not as well or as strenuously as I once could. Not letting fear hold me back as much, and think I have figured out the difference between pain as an alarm system and pain as something to not worry about.
