Jim Rickards OK he is pushing some kind of advice, no doubt with a service. BUT the Daily Telegraph, not known to be shy of pushing greed, reported in its business section that pundits are warning of a recession next year. Now my contention is that these lows occur about every 15 years, which is why I was nervous in 2017. It is approx one generation that didn't get the hurt of the last one and you know what teenagers think of sound advice. My marker is usually the price of housing compared to average wages. But food prices may come to play. Peak oil? Maybe things are moving faster now! So my feeling is that either this will be a slowdown or we are in for a gradual realisation that things are creaking at the joints. The lubrication may involve pain. Just saying!
