Richard Mellish Tune Req: Norwegian Tune in D-Minor - NAME ??? (4) RE: Tune Req: Norwegian Tune in D-Minor - NAME ??? 23 Feb 17

The dance Gammel Reinlender is a choreographed set sequence of some of the innumerable variations that can be danced to that rhythm, which is known as "reinlender" or "ringlender" in Norway but "schottische" or variations thereof in many countries. That sequence is often danced to that particular tune, but I don't know whether the tune was written for the purpose or existed already.
