My blooming husband ran in to the sitting room yesterday and announced the oil tank indicator was on zero, and all the oil must have leaked out in the night. I visualised the garden being a lake of kerosene and hurtled white-faced to view the thing. It was still at 3, not zero. I looked at his face and he had a big grin. "April Fool cherie!" I sank down on the sofa weak with relief. The rotten pig! :)
