Easter custom of having ham, I thought, maybe was since ham is exclusive (of the abrahamic faiths) to Christianity it was a sort of remembrance of the fulfilling of the Law. I'm convinced thought taht pork makes you slow. My dad's WWII Jewish service buddy, so I was told, was fond of saying,"I'm so mad i could eat pork!"
